Your service charge pays for services you share with your neighbours, or other things your rent doesn’t cover, like:
- Gardening and cleaning in common areas
- Maintaining and replacing lifts
- Employing an estate supervisor
- Lighting communal areas.

Please check your tenancy agreement to see what services you pay for, and what you have to pay. We’ll always let you know if we plan to change the services we provide to you, to make sure we understand what you want..
We review your service charge every year and we’ll ask you about any changes we suggest so you can give us your comments and feedback. We’ll always consider your feedback before we set the final charge, and we’ll make sure we let you know 30 days before we make any increases.
