We’ve launched our latest report on our social impact
Our Social Impact Report for 2015-16 is here! This is our second report looking at the positive impact of our Individual and Community Empowerment service on both our residents and our communities.
The report looks at the achievements of the service over the last year. Here are some of the highlights:
- Our Individual Empowerment Team created £993,488 of social value through improved health and increased financial inclusion. (This is the average amount of money it would take to raise personal wellbeing by the same amount as Individual Empowerment has through its services)
- Our Digital Inclusion Team supported 249 residents to access online services
- Our Resident Engagement Team received over 1,100 responses to our campaigns, helping us to shape our services to meet residents’ needs
- Our Community Empowerment Team engaged 755 residents in local community action.
These are just a few examples that demonstrate our success in making a positive difference to the lives of our residents and to our communities.
Through continually measuring and reporting on our impact, we aim to act on what we learn, drive continuous improvement and achieve value for money.
