We celebrate bronze award at the What House? Awards 2013

20 November 2013

We've been awarded a bronze award at the What House? Awards 2013, for our scheme J3 in Easton, Bristol.

We entered J3 into the category for Best Mixed Use Development. The scheme comprises a range of 59 new homes, seven small business units, a new library and resource centre and community spaces. The £10.4 million development was the result of 10 years of close partnership working with Bristol City Council and local community organisations.

Mike Day, our Director of Development and Homeownership, said ‘We’re really proud to have won this award. J3 is a major mixed-use regeneration which has brought affordable home ownership to an area where none was previously on offer.’

‘We’ve worked really hard with Bristol City Council to ensure that J3 meets the needs of local people and our Community Empowerment Team are continuing to work with our new residents to create a strong and vibrant community.’

J3 also won the Residential Development of the Year at the South West Insider Property Awards earlier this year.
