We’ve been looking at ways to improve how we engage with our residents. We did a consultation by email with residents and had over 300 responses that have helped us to develop our ideas. The full roll out of Universal Credit has started in Bath, North East Somerset and Sedgemoor

Universal Credit officially came into force in Bath, North East Somerset and Sedgemoor today (Wednesday 25 May). It will now be rolled out across the region, affecting thousands of people who currently claim benefits or tax credits. Hundreds of our residents in the areas could be affected by the change.
