Report a repair
Before you report a repair please have as much information as possible about the problem so we can think about what needs to be done, and make sure we have everything we need to do the repair. We’ll need to know:
- What needs repairing
- What’s wrong with it
- Where it is in your home.
You can report a repair in a number of ways:

Our lines are open 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and will be picked up by our out of hours service at other times
