Report a repair

Before you report a repair please have as much information as possible about the problem so we can think about what needs to be done, and make sure we have everything we need to do the repair. We’ll need to know:

  • What needs repairing
  • What’s wrong with it
  • Where it is in your home.

You can report a repair in a number of ways:

  • Phone
    08458 729729 - calls cost the same or less than your local rate, and are free from mobiles (if part of your inclusive minutes) 
    01934 526000 - calls cost the same or less than your local rate from a BT landline, mobiles and other networks may vary
    Our lines are open 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and will be picked up by our out of hours service at other times

    We'll reply and let you know what happens next
  • Online
    Click the link above to fill in our form to let us know about those repairs that aren't an emergency.
