In our 2010/11 Corporate Operational Plan we said we’d carry out a strategic review of our business and look at ‘options for radically increasing capacity by, for example, changing service delivery model, geographic footprint, office bases or constitutional change’.
We've now done this and announced our plans on Tuesday 7 June when presentations were given to staff and heavily involved residents. Click the link on the left to see a copy of the heavily involved residents information pack. This includes why we're changing, what it means for you and a map of the area we'll work in from 2015.
You will have received an awareness information leaflet on Wednesday 8 June which outlines our plans and how the changes will affect you. A copy of the leaflet is available on the left, together with the information sent to homeowners and stakeholders for information.
We'll keep you up-to-date on the News page, top left and we'll write to you if you're affected by the transfers.
