You can report a repair in a number of ways

The Helplines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (closing at 4.45pm on Fridays).

If you have an emergency repair outside of these hours your call will go through to our out of hours emergency service.  For your information, the direct number for our out of hours provider is 01732 781995.
