You told us that repairs and maintenance is the most important service we provide and it's a service you want us to focus on as a priority.

We've made a number of changes to our repairs service in response to your comments. We explain these in the new repairs and maintenance pack which were sent to you all in July 2010.  Copies of the leaflets in the pack are available to download on the repairs and maintenance pages.
