Our Resident Engagement Officer, Emily Burnell, gives us a flavour of the online panels and surveys you can get involved with this year.

It's now the easiest it’s ever been to share your views on our services with us through our new online panels. We’re here to listen, and we want you to be in the driving seat on different topics about our services, and help us navigate forward with your views.

We want you to join our journey and sign up to our Scrutiny and Your Views panels and give us your feedback on issues important to you and the delivery of our services. This might be our management of your tenancy, what it’s like in your community, reporting anti-social behaviour, or understanding your rent and service charges and the impact of Welfare Reform. Our Scrutiny panel does the reviewing, and the Your Views panel makes recommendations to the business.

You’ve already helped us make a massive difference. You gave us your thoughts on our maintenance programme which has led to changes in our repairs appointments process. You can also review the progress of your planned appointments online via My Account. Next you worked with our web developers to improve the navigation of our website to make the customer journey around the site better. We used some interesting heat mapping techniques and eye-tracking software. Coming up, we’re reviewing our Equality and Diversity strategy as well as our Tenancy and Estate Management services.
