We’ve launched new guidance on hate related incidents

22 April 2015

Residents have helped us to develop policies and guidance which explain how to report hate related incidents and what support we can offer.

Amanda Truscott our Tenancy Enforcement Manager said: “We take hate related incidents very seriously. Our new guidance will be the first point of call for people that want advice about hate related incidents and help on how to report them.

“Supporting people that have experienced hostility or prejudice is a priority for us. We want to encourage residents to report such incidents to us so we can help. We can assure a safe, reliable and confidential service and we’ll take action wherever possible.”
