We say goodbye to our old office and make way for new homes

29 April 2014

Demolition work started this week on our old office at Station Road, Worle, Weston-super-Mare.

Working with local contractors Fisher and Dean, we're developing the site into 19 new homes for affordable rent. There will be 6 x 1 bedroom flats, 6 x 2 bed houses, 5 x 3 bed houses and 2 x 4 bed houses.

The site became vacant when we moved our central office staff into our brand new building on Weston Gateway Business Park last year.

Nick Horne, our Chief Executive said: “This is a great day for Knightstone as we say goodbye to our old office and say hello to a great development of much needed affordable new homes. What was once a central office for our staff, who provided corporate support services, will now become homes for those who need them most in North Somerset.”

The homes are scheduled to be finished by March 2015.Demolition work started this week on our old office at Station Road, Worle, Weston-super-Mare.
