I’m really interested in one of your jobs, how can I apply for it?

Apply online. Click on to ‘find out more’ for your chosen vacancy from ‘Our vacancies’ page. From here you can click apply, where you'll be prompted to login or create an account for our recruitment system. Then just fill out our application form and click submit. Don’t forget that your local library or community centre will have internet access if you don’t.

How long do I have to submit my application?

There’s a closing date for all applications. The date will be listed with the job on the website and in the information pack.

Do I have the right skills for the job?

Each vacancy has a job information pack attached. In this document there's a section titled ‘There’s a space in our team… are you the right person to fill it?’ which explains what skills we’re looking for. We hope these give you everything you need to know in order to see whether it is the job for you.

How will I know if you’ve received my online application form?

You’ll get a confirmation email.

How will I know if I’m successful?

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to interview a few days before the advertised interview date. It is likely you’ll be asked to select your preferred interview time from the available slots.

I’ve never filled in an online application before, how does it work?

It’s the easiest and quickest way to apply. There’s a link to apply within each vacancy. Once you've logged in or created an account, the system will open up the application form. All you have to do is work through each question and type your answer. Don’t worry if your answer is larger than the box – it creates a scrolling function so you can type as much relevant information as you like. Your full answer will appear on your completed form. You can then submit the application form by a click of a button.

What is the information pack?

The information pack includes the company information, internal division information, vacancy close and interview dates, job description, team structure, and a summary of the terms and conditions. An information pack is attached to each vacancy.

I can’t download and view the documents, what can I do?

The documents are all saved in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. If you can’t view them, you may need to download a newer version of the software, FREE, from the Adobe Acrobat website. To download the latest version, click here and follow the instructions. If you’d like us to email the documents to you please send us an email.

Can you keep my details on record and let me know when suitable jobs become available?
