Agilisys Engage

We use Agilisys Engage to monitor the pages users visit and how each user travels across our website. The Agilisys Engage software also allows us to monitor pages visited by our users on a small number of public service partner websites within North Somerset and / or the West of England. Agilisys Engage uses JavaScript to place the cookie onto your browser. The information collected is IP address, date, pages visited, time spent on page, mouse movements, and pixel width of device. .   • gn_cscv2 is the first party cookie which Engage drops. This is dropped by JavaScript sitting on our web pages and is dropped under the North Somerset domain. This cookie stores the unique anonymous ID of each visitor and persists for 365 days
  • LGNref is the third party cookie, which Engage drops. This is dropped under the logo-net.co.uk domain. This cookie stores the profiling data e.g. the most recent web pages visited and is a session-based cookie, so expires when you close the browser
  • IJSERVERID is a third party cookie that is created under the uktc.ijento.com domain. This cookie stores a random, unique and anonymous ID for each user. It allows us to recognise that a user on the North Somerset websites is the same user on one of our partner websites
