We're open 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. We close on the last Wednesday of every month, 12.30-4pm, to work on improving the services we provide to you. Please leave a message during this time and we'll get back to you, or call again when we're open.

We're on a new development so your sat nav may not pick us up. Here's a map so you can see where we are, and we have a few parking spaces for visitors.
You can also use the Park and Ride car park (shown on the map) which is pay and display, or take the train to Worle Parkway train station too - it's a really short walk from the office.
Our out of hours service will be there to take your call. Call Centra on 02070 936437. You’ll get help with your emergency and they'll let us know you called so we can follow this up with you when we get back. You can use TypeTalk on this number too.

Our phone lines will be closed today from 12.30-4pm for dedicated training and service improvement, as recommended by our Resident Inspectors in our Business Improvement Group (BIG).
Our out of hours provider, Centra, will be on hand to deal with any emergencies you may have during our absence, so we can continue to deliver important services to you, or you may decide to call us back at an alternative time.
