Our phone lines will be closed today from 12.30 to 4pm for dedicated training and service improvement, as recommended by our Resident Inspectors in our Business Improvement Group (BIG).
Our out of hours provider, Invicta, will be on hand to deal with any emergencies you may have during our absence, so we can continue to deliver important services to you. You may decide to call us back at an alternative time. You can contact Invicta on 02070 936437.

Our phone lines are open 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. On the last Wednesday of every month from 12.30-4pm, we close to work on improving the services we provide to you. You can leave us a message during this time, or call back at another time.
What happens if you have an emergency and our lines are closed?
Our out of hours service will be there to take your call. Just call our number! You’ll get help with your emergency and they'll let us know you called so we can follow this up with you when we get back.
