Neighbourhood Services at Knightstone will:

• create and manage places where you want to live
• support you to respect your home and other people’s lives
• work with you to build better communities.

We have four teams who work across our general rented properties. The teams are located in Bristol, Chippenham, Taunton and Poole and are responsible for:

• Estate services
• Tenancy management
• Building Communities Together
• Assisting with the design and sustainability of new homes.

The teams each have a Neighbourhood Manager and Neighbourhood Housing Officers, who are supported by Neighbourhood Housing Assistants and Administrators.

There’s also a network of Estate Supervisors who provide grounds maintenance, gardening and cleaning services to some of our schemes.

Neighbourhood Services is managed by our Senior Housing Manager (Neighbourhoods) and it also benefits from the work of a specialist Regeneration Manager and a Community Development Manager.
