When is my kitchen/bathroom/windows/doors, going to be replaced?

Will you tell me when the planned repair will be done so I can book time off work?

Yes, we’ll write to you to let you know when the work is programmed.

My neighbour has a new kitchen/bathroom/windows/doors, why haven’t I?

We’ll only replace them if they’ve reached the end of their life cycle. We may not be replacing yours as it’s in better condition than your neighbours.

How will I know it’s you/the contractor at the door?

Ask to see an identification badge before you let someone into your home. All Knightstone staff and contractors carry photo identification badges.

If you’re not sure who someone is don’t let them in. Call our Customer Information Team on 0117 984 8100 to get their details verified. If you call out of office hours (9am-5pm), tell the person at the door that it’s not a good time and you’ll rearrange the visit after speaking to us.

Your safety is our priority. We won’t be offended if you feel you need to do this.
