After months of hard work and detailed negotiations with Sovereign and our residents, today is the day we swap over 1400 homes between us, probably one of the biggest stock swaps in the sector.

We’ve taken on the ownership and management of 677 homes in Somerset, and Sovereign have 758 of our homes in Swindon and Wiltshire.
