Tenancy and Estates Services at Knightstone will:

• create and manage places where you want to live
• support you to respect your home and other people’s lives
• work with you to build better communities.

We have three teams who work across our general rented properties. The teams are located in Bristol, Taunton and Poole and are responsible for:

• Estate services
• Tenancy management
• Individual and Community Empowerment
• Assisting with the design and sustainability of new homes.

The teams each have a Housing Manager, Senior Housing Officers and Housing Officers who work closely with an Allocations Officer and Allocations Assistant.

There’s also a network of Estate Supervisors who provide grounds maintenance, gardening and cleaning services to some of our schemes.

Tenancy and Estate Services is managed by our Senior Tenancy and Estates manager and works closely with the Individual and Community Empowerment Team.
