Meet the team

Stella Milsom
Resident Involvement Manager, Bristol office

Susie Bonas
Resident Involvement Officer, Taunton office

I meet a variety of different people – there’s never a dull moment. I love not knowing what each day’s going to bring.

Gail Cremer
Resident Involvement Support Officer, Weston office

I really enjoy going to events and meeting residents, especially those that I’ve spoken to on the phone or emailed – it’s always good to put a face to a name!

Caroline Pix
Resident Involvement Officer, Chippenham office

When I’m not organising resident events.  I love aeroplanes – especially fast jets. I get giddy with excitement whenever I see the Red Arrows!

Jane Berryman
Resident Involvement Officer, Bristol office

I’m very much a people person and just love working for the benefit of others. To relax I love pottering in the garden with my grandchildren.

Sara Sollis
Resident Involvement Officer, Taunton office

The best bit of my job is seeing what our residents and clients get out of being involved. Their increased confidence, self worth and skills make it all worth while!

Kerry Jacobs
Resident Involvement Administration Officer, Taunton office

The best thing about my job? I never know what’s going to be thrown at me – each day’s a new challenge. I like to unwind in a beer garden in the sunshine.

Linda Kettlety
Personal Assistant, Chippenham office

At the end of a busy week as PA to two colleagues, I relax by curling up with a good book, drinking a glass of wine with my two cats purring beside me.

Denyse Branaghan
Sheltered Housing Resident Liaison Officer, Weston office

I act as an advocate for residents when there are issues surrounding work being undertaken in their home.  My greatest pleasure is a good old natter and a laugh!
