Resident involvement groups

We have a number of main groups that run on a formal basis to make sure we're answerable to you. They make sure our business activities and decisions are made with you at the heart and that you're represented at every level.

To see how the groups work together and get an overview of what they do click on the RI Structure Chart document on the left.

You need to be an ‘involved’ resident to join any of our groups and you can only have membership to two groups at anyone time, although you can take part in other involvement activities.

To find out more about each of the groups click on the links below:

Resident Involvement Strategy Group (RISG)

RISG is a group of actively involved residents and managers agreeing policy, procedure and priorities. It enables residents to challenge how Knightstone is run and to influence strategic and operational decisions.

Business Improvements Group (BIG)

BIG is an independent group of residents whose role is to scrutinise the services Knightstone provides.

Future Improvements Priority Group (FIPG)

Resident Communications Group (RCG)
