How you can make a difference
We need your help to get our services right. Life can be very busy, so we want to make it easy for you to tell us what you think in ways that suit you.
If you have views on our services, experience or ideas which will help us improve our services to you, or if there are things you really appreciate and don’t want to see changed, please let us know:
- Email: resident.involvement@knightstone.co.uk
- Telephone or write to your housing officer or support worker
- Make an appointment to see your housing officer or support worker, or speak to them next time you are in contact
- Talk to us when we visit, we’ll tell you when we’re next visiting your home or neighbourhood
You can also make your views heard through the Resident Involvement Strategy Group, by joining the Residents Panel or by taking part in surveys or focus groups.
We'll cover your travel or childcare expenses if you come to a meeting. If you want to take action in your community we may be able to offer help and funding.
For a full list of ways you can get involved and a structure chart of how Resident Involvement at Knightstone works, please click on the image on the left to download the leaflet 'Ways to get involved'.
Have a look at our Service Standards (on the left) to see how we’re going to make sure we listen to you and take action on what you tell us. This was put together after residents told us how we can involve you better.
Each year we'll tell you what has been achieved and how we plan to meet your priorities in the coming year. Help us get it right!
