Resident Involvement provides opportunities for you to work with us so we can improve the services you receive.
To help you to work with us we offer many different ways for you to ‘Get Involved’: take part in an online survey or represent residents as a Resident Board Member.
What’s the difference between consultation and involvement?
Consultation is about finding out what you think. To get your views on something we are go to do or possibly change. We want you to work with us to look at how we improve what can improve what we do.
