Supported housing

Pennard Court, Watery Lane, Twerton, Bath
Accommodation and support for people with sensory or other disabilities. The scheme has 36 flats in a large block. Flats are permanent, self contained accommodation for one person, and are unfurnished.

Norfolk Crescent and Terrace Walk, Bath 
Temporary accommodation with support for people who have or are recovering from mental illness. These schemes have 15 flats for people with mental health issues. All flats have a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and are part furnished with carpets, curtains, cooker, and a fridge freezer. They’re a short term housing option for up to two years and you’ll be supported to move on to independent accommodation. Click the following link to open the referral form: Referral form

 
Sheltered and extra care housing
 
Accommodation with support to help people, aged 60 or over, live independently. Rockhall House is a sheltered scheme with 16 flats and 10 bungalows, in the village of Combe Down, Bath. There is a communal laundry, lounge and pleasant gardens, with limited parking for residents and visitors.

The Orchard, Coombe Dowm, Bath
Accommodation with support to help people, aged 60 or over, live independently. The Orchard is a sheltered scheme of 21 flats in Combe Down, Bath. There is a communal laundry, lounge and pleasant gardens, with limited parking for residents and visitors.
