All services we provide are developed with our customers, local authorities and other service providers to make sure we meet individual, local and regional needs.

Every one of our customers is an individual, with different support needs. We use a person centred support plan, so we can tailor our services to help each person maintain their independence, and achieve their personal goals.

Who do we support?

A wide range of people of all ages, including:

  • Teenage parents
  • Homeless people
  • Gypsies and travellers
  • Women escaping abuse
  • Ex-offenders.
And people who have learning difficulties, mental health diagnosis, physical and sensory impairment or are overcoming addiction.
