We are a dynamic organisation, and have been involved in most housing initiatives over the last 35 years. We employ around 440 staff across our offices and schemes throughout the region.

Although the majority of our properties are family accommodation for rent, we are also a major developer of homeownership schemes and we provide housing for older people.

In addition, we have a substantial portfolio of supported housing and care schemes, including floating support services, two Foyers providing support for young people and a women's refuge.

As well as the bricks and mortar, we have over 40 tenancy support workers, who work with our residents and others to help them maintain their tenancies with us or other landlords. Altogether, we provide housing management and support services to over 24,000 tenants and homeowners.

In total, we have homes in, and provide services to, 38 local authorities across the south west, and we provide services to 47 social landlords, health authorities and other agencies.
