Roger Lloyd BA(Hons), MA, MCIM
Roger is a former Director of Corporate Development (Chief Superintendent) with the Avon & Somerset Constabulary. He is a Non-Executive member of the Weston Area Health Trust and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Nick Horne BA(Hons), ACA
Nick is the Group Chief Executive of Arcadia Housing Limited and Knightstone Housing Association Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and joined the Group in February 1996 as Group Finance Director. He was appointed Chief Executive in September 1998. Nick is Chair of the NHF South West Regional Executive, Vice Chair of the Social Housing Pension Scheme and a member of the West of England Local Enterprise Partnership Infrastructure & Place Group. He has previously had private sector careers in property development, house building and construction and in the accounting profession.

Richard Taylor
Richard is a Chartered Accountant. Formerly a Finance Director and General Manager with international high-tech companies such as Siemens and Wandel & Goltermann (telecoms), Richard now runs his own interior design company in the West Country.

Jamir Ali
Jamir is a Governor of City Academy Bristol (CAB) and Development Project Manager at GreenSquare Group. He has experience in a variety of housing management and development roles for Metropolitan Housing Partnership, Catalyst Housing Group, BPHA, Mercian and Newlon Housing Trust. Jamir has been a Non-Executive Director of Bedford Kempston Regeneration Partnership, a Board Member of a BME social housing landlord and Governor of Wylde Green Primary School.

Jacqui Cross
Jacqui is a resident Board Member and has been an actively involved resident since September 2008, helping to produce the Residents’ Business Plan. She has also played a key role in various resident scrutiny groups and the procurement of services. She previously worked as an Office Manager, has spent time working abroad and is currently a volunteer for Barnardo's. She is a Trustee of Mind (Taunton & West Somerset), Treasurer of Taunton & District MS Society and a Director of Westworks Procurement Limited. She is passionate her grandchildren, France and resident involvement.

Tony Gosling
Tony has a background in journalism and aviation. He has a keen interest in tenants’ rights and is interested in land and housing rights issues. He is a Knightstone resident and a former member of the Resident Involvement Strategy Group.
