In 2010 The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) introduced a set of national standards to assess landlords’ performance. These standards form part of their new regulatory framework within which we have to work. The new framework has a strong emphasis to deliver results that matter to residents and the focus is on working with residents and monitor services together.
There are six national standards:
- Tenant Involvement and Empowerment
- Home
- Tenancy
- Neighbourhood and Community
- Value for Money
- Governance and Financial Viability
What is a local offer?
As well as the national standards we have local service offers for three of the six standards:
- Tenant Involvement and Empowerment
- Home
- Neighbourhood and Community
Have a look at our local offers by clicking the links on the left.
These local offers set out how:
- we intend to deliver our services
- we’ll perform against them
- our performance will be monitored and reported back to residents.
In 2010 we held a series of conferences with residents to talk about the services we provide including resident involvement and services to your homes, neighbourhoods and communities. We worked with residents to produce a set of new Knightstone service standards which focus on what’s important to residents. These service standards form the basis of our local offers.
