2010 has been a year of progress despite continued uncertainty in the economy. Our financial performance has strengthened and the Audit Commission gave us 'excellent prospects for improvement' in their Short Notice Inspection.  This demonstrates our robust and effective leadership and places us in a great position to thrive for the benefit of our customers.
