About us

Whether you’re looking to buy your first home or want to work in partnership with us, we can offer you the benefit of our wealth of experience.

We own and manage over 11,000 homes across 38 local authority areas, from Hereford to Portsmouth and from Minehead to Marlborough, so we are experts in our field.
Working with local authorities, we are leaders in developing and managing affordable homes to rent, and running Government-funded schemes to people buy their own homes. If you're thinking of buying your first home, please click on the Nectar Homes link on the left of this page.

We provide housing related support and accommodation to more than 1,500 people through our Futures at Knightstone service.  Click on Futures at Knightstone link on the left for more information.

Knightstone's development programme provides between 200-250 new homes each year. We also act as development partners for a number of smaller associations: SHAL, Bristol Community Housing Foundation (BCHF) and NSHousing. Click on Developments link at the top left for more information.
